Stack
Prototype, 2010

It is cantilever and stackable stool using a simple, light weight but robust structure.

The whole structure is made of bent metal rod. The triangulating structure facilitates optimum strength using less metal, and at the same time makes this stool stackable.

The top seat is laminated with maple veneer with a very tight radius and a closed angle. The footrest, also in maple, has been pierced to the metal structure --the ends have been crimped in order to get into the metal housing and steamed afterword to fit tightly.
