Five o'clock
Royal College of Art, 2005

Five o'clock is a set of cordless appliances for daily breaks.

This set invites to enjoy small breaks between main meals for two people. Only one appliance has power source at the time, which encourages appreciating breaks as a slow ritual.

The set includes a toaster to make curve toast, so it stands vertical on the dish and it never gets wet; a small kettle only for two people; and a small radio. More appliances can be developed, like a light or a fan.
